UAE Free Zone Company Audit Services
Companies must submit their audited financial statements annually or when their licences are renewed, according to the UAE Free Zone licence issuing authority. However, not all of the UAE's free zones require it.
It is required that the yearly audit report be submitted if the business is registered with any of the following free zone authorities:
- Free Zone of Jebel Ali (JAFZA)
- Silicon Oasis in Dubai (DSO)
- World Central Dubai (DWC)
- Creative City - Fujairah, Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC)
In addition to meeting the legal requirement, businesses can use their audited financial statements to determine their true financial situation and make informed financial decisions.
